Help needed with trading trigger- not cancelling unmacthed bet

Please see attached.

I need my trigger to cancel my un-matched Back bet in-ply after 40% of the race has gone. Why would the trigger not do this?

Also what formula can I use to risk £200 only on each lay bet no matter what the odds?

1 , check your conditions in the cancel back trigger , your condition needs a value ? , if you need more help then I am sorry but you will have to post in the troubleshooting part of the forum.
2 , IF(bet_amount*(lay_price-1)>200,200,bet_amount)
