help - stuck how to get trigger working correctly

Hi,

my attached  scalping  trigger  is nearly  there but not working correctly and not sure how to fix it:
- it keeps firing two  back bets instead of one so the other triggers get confused, not sure how to fix it?

Seems to work OK for me ... not doing 2 back bets.. It is scalping

Only problem is its trying to back and then lay, despite the market drifting rapidly and going in completely the opposite direction lol

refresh rate 0.20 , yes should back , then  try green up if not try and scratch at minus 1 tick if 2 tick loss then take loss and repeat 

has to be 0.20 refresh rate
