help to set up a trigger

I would like someone to help me set the following trigger

1) back "yes" on market "both teams to score" on idle market status

2) if condition 1 has been satisfied then dutch back 0 - 0,0 - 3,3 - 0 at correct score market

at in play and if score is 1 - 0 then dutch back 1 - 0, 2 - 0 or if score is 0 - 1 then

dutch back 0 - 1, 0 - 2

Constants:
bts Both Teams to Score YES back amount
mbo Minutes before the off for the YES bet
db1 Dutch back liability for the first Dutch
db2 Dutch back liability for the second Dutch after a goal
mss Minutes since goal suspension to allow market to settle

Please use test mode to test the trigger
