Hi Jamie and welcome!
First, it is highly recommended that you get acquainted with the general idea of triggers and how they work, before rushing into particular examples. It will only take half an hour to read the "Triggered Betting" and "Triggers Editor" chapters of the manual and try a couple of simpler examples, like this one, if you are into football:
Lay winning team and green up goalOnce you understand what's going on you may try the more complex examples, like the Over/Under Martingale.
The trial version is fully functional, so you can try all sorts of things in it. To run a trigger from the example, you need to download and open it in MF Pro.
There is no need to specifically set the triggers for each match: if you load the necessary markets into "My Markets", you will be able to automatically run triggers on all of them.
For Over/Under Martingale you'll need to add all Over/Under markets for each match. You can do it automatically using Market Locator - a killer tool within MF Pro that will save you loads of time.
And, as you already mentioned, do it all in Test Mode - never venture to turn it off unless you fully understand how your triggers are working.
