I have a question

Hi guys,
Good evening, I would like to play only horse races that have a number of starters of 10 and up. If there were any horses withdrawn, I would like the trigger not to start. Is it possible to make the trigger counts the number of starters before betting?

Market's Number of Selections is equal or greater than 10
AND Market's Number of Withdrawn Runners is equal to 0

This needs a bit of tweaking because it would erroneously eliminate and race which had any withdrawn runners. e.g If there were 13 originally and 2 withdrawn there would still be 11 starters but the above would eliminate this race.
