Jockey Changes
« on: 22 Sep 2021, 16:17 »
Holla good folk,

Does anyone know if you can have "If a jockey has been changed don't lay a horse" I'm not entirely sure jockey change information even makes it to BetFair so suspect the answer is no... but thought I'd ask. For some reason - whenever a jockey is changed on something I'm laying, more often than not they win lol. So keen to cut them out altogether.

Hi
Jockey name is available in the silks variables as silk_jockey.
For example, in the morning using a very slow refresh rate you could write the value of silk_jockey to a user variable called say, morning_jockey
then in your laying trigger use a condition:
selections trigger expression "silk_jockey" is equal to "morning_jockey"

Please read the following disclaimer with regards to the information you may request and obtain on our forum. This specifically concerns trigger files and various instructions as to how to implement a strategy.
