Just a little help please. Its been a while since I made a trigger!

It's been a while since I made a trigger, so need help on this one. Just can't work it out.

"The 5th horse in the betting forecast MUST be 11/1 or more" 

Any help appreciated.

and selections trigger expression r_5_back_price is equal or greater than 11.00
