Lay The Selection Whose Price Grew
« on: 14 Oct 2013, 05:27 »
Hi,
please have a look at the attached trigger as it does not appear to be doing what I expected.
As I understood it, it is supposed to lay selections who were 1.9 or less in run and subsequently grew by 6 points or more during the race.
Running it in test mode it lays for long priced horses who were never close to 1.9 in running.
Thanks in advance.

hi
i have tested your triggers and the reason why it placed the bets, is that you have the condition any selections lay price is equal or less than 1.90.
now what happens is the lay price hits say 27.00 and then there is no price available so it goes blank, this tells the trigger that the price IS below 1.90,then somebody offers a price of say 800.00 and your trigger places the bet.
i have altered the trigger condition to
any selections lay price is between 1.01 and 1.90
this will only record the selection if there is a price available.
