Use of OR in Trigger Conditions

Can anyone please help.

One of the conditions on my trigger is:
Market's    Race Status    is At The Post

I would like to add

OR Market's     Race Status     is Going Behind

But do not know the syntax.

I know I can't add it to the conditions where AND is used

Use condition blocks. See the example attached.
A block can be added by pressing "Add Block" instead of "Add Condition".
