Send e-mail containing the market name or selection name?

I would like to send an e-mail containg the market name (soccer team) or the selection name (horse name), when certain conditions are met.

Settings > Email and SMS

Triggers:

Action: email Text: any text you like plus the variable [market_name] in square brackets
Markets: Soccer Games
Conditions:
yours...

Action: email Text: any text you like plus the variable [sel_name] in square brackets
Markets: Horse Races

yours...
