laying at 50-1 [TCKT27042013501]

I would like a trigger that will lay one horse in a race at the odds of 50-1 for £50.Although i have been on here for several years i still cant get my head around writing triggers so i have to sit their all afternoon putting the bets on manually.If somebody could help i would be most grateful ?.

is it 50.00 or 50.00 plus
when you say for 50.00 pounds, is that bet 50.00 pounds or the liability of 50.00 pounds

here is the basic trigger.
it will lay any selection who's price is or goes above 50.00 at the time you start monitoring the race, because you gave no time to bet etc.

what about if i wanted it to lay in play when a horses odds go 50.00 plus

the trigger will keep betting until you or the bot stops monitoring the race/market.
so any selection that goes to or more than 50 will be bet on, before and inplay.

change the all matching selections, to ,  first matching selection

then add the condition
and markets minutes before the off is equal or less than 1

Hi.Its still betting after the off when i want it to stop at the off,do i need tochange something?.

if you only want to place a bet before the in-play, then
hove the mouse pointer over where it say's     All Except Settled
press the left mouse button
select  Idle or Suspended
press save at the top left of the editor screen
it will now only bet before in-play

Do you have funds of £29,950? If not it won't place a £50 bet on a 600-1 selection. You need to have enough money to cover the liability.

Liability of a £50 lay on 600-1 selection = (600 - 1) = 599 * £50 = £29,950

If you have the funds then maybe the selction wasn't at 600-1 long enough for your bet to be matched?

if you want to limit the lay price then alter the condition
selections lay price is equal or greater than 50
to
selections lay price is between 50 and 100(or whatever your limit is)
