Hi,i agree with the rest. There is defenitly a problem with the live score coverage. For those of us that are working with total goals triggers and correct score markets,we just can't do anything.I m very pleased with MFP software and its support, but this is in my opinion a MAJOR problem that must be solved. Please Oxa look into it.There must be a way that MFP can provide live scores,ok not for all matches, but at least for the Major Leauges, and  of course European .
Thanks

The score service is erratic, because BetFair can stop or resume it at any time.

The situation right now does not depend on our programming skills, but solely on the availability of the score information.

So I regret to confirm that at the moment this information is missing. We will look into the possibility of finding another source of score data, but we don't guarantee anything, neither we have any approximate dates when it'll resume working.

Please read the disclaimer that comes up when you activate the score option. Let me also quote these lines from the manual:

Quote
Please be aware: in no way we guarantee the correctness and reliability of the score data. We do not accept responsibility in case the score is not available or not updated in time. You should use it "as is", always keeping in mind that we can stop providing this service.

OK i agree with all your sayings but can you give us some kind of other solution in an example trigger? I mean i am 100% sure with some combinations of remember commands in the Correct Score market we can get the exact score of a live game. i have tried a lot of approachings to this  but sometimes is working correctly and sometimes not. But for sure the experienced stuff of MF can easily create a trigger to detect exact score for at least 4-5 goals.

Can you please do this for us that working with live matches for a long time  ???

I do not think it reasonable that MFP should be asked to provide scores. They would have to rely on a third party and past experience tells us that all can be unreliable. There is no easy way of making a trigger which will act immediately a goal is scored. It is, however, possible to make a trigger which will act as a consequence of market price moves which ensue when a goal is scored and that is about as far as MFP can be expected to go, I think.

This is exactly what i am sayin. If they cant find a reliable third party provider for live score and Betfair dont help with this issue then MF team can create a trigger that scans all the related markets and find the correct score. If i am still working on correct score triggers that i am not MF developer then these guy can easily do this. I think it is dumb for my side to point them how to do it. They know the solution and it is only a matter of willness ::)

OK, what is a 100% reliable method of determining the score from the "Correct Score" market, in your opinion? I stress on the "100% reliable" bit.

P.S.

The score is working now, at least with Tennis.

Look there is NO 100% way to find the correct score but with multiple remember commands in Correct Score, Under/Over markets & Total Goals market i believe that you almost reach a 99% success of finding the exact live score. Also you can ALERT everyone that this is not the EXACT live score BUT live score ESTIMATION ACCORDING TO GIVEN ODDS and maybe in makets with low value of money wont work correct.

For example in my triggers i have 3 remember Commands for 0-0,1-0 & 0-1 so if Score00 back price is equal to 1000 and Score10 back price is equal to 1000 and Score01 back price is less than 1000 then propably the Live Score is 0-1 And yes this is working almost 99% correct. I know for bigger scores gets more complicated and thats why i am asking from you OXA to help us. For me if you work on this i ll be reallt grateful and feel like a satisfied client that his voice reach the support team  ;D

Please note, BetFair is seems to be currently OFFLINE
