make trigger

i need a trigger with the following
8 mins before the off start monitoring
6 mins if the fav has dropped in price then back bet placed
if favs price has increased then a lay bet placed
if prices change and go against
then green up or green up to % profit variable
stop betting 1 min to off
facility to change stakes
second fav price to be x clicks away
