Market Locator import from URL

Hi guys,
I know that there's the market locator condition to import market name from text file, but my goal is to get this text file from an URL location (from an external web site).
Is it possible?

I tried to test this in market locator and was not successful. I do not think you can use a URL in market locator "contains values in file".

A workaround could be to use "is in file" as a trigger condition. This will accept a URL to the file.
For example:
load all markets and in the betting trigger use a condition "is in file"
or
load all markets and have a Delete Market trigger as your first trigger. Condition: is not in file
