[TR] Markie Time Football.
« on: 06 Apr 2017, 21:01 »
I have developed a football system that relies on late goals in football matches

Can someone write me a trigger that places a bet into the market after and including the 85th 0nwards for another goal to be scored.

Thank you very much .

This is only the second trigger I have asked for so it should be within my quota.

Hello and sorry for the delay.

I am attaching your triggers. Use the settings to adjust the size of the bet and the minute of the match to bet at.

To make the triggers work correctly, obviously you will need to monitor all Under/Over markets from 0.5 to 8.5 (see the attached Market Locator search template that should help adding them to the program).

Thank you for all your hard work on this trigger.

Unfortunately there seems to be a problem.

I tested the trigger in the game between Newcastle United vs Leeds United on the 14/04/2017.

The bet fired into the market in the 85th minute with no problems.

There was a goal in the 90+5 in the under/over 1.5 goals market and I stood to win £29.85.

Unfortunately the trigger fired another bet in the under/over 2.5 goals market for another £10 at the skinny odds of 2.30 in the 96th minute.

The problem with the trigger is that I just want one bet fired into the market, the one in the 85th minute, I don't want another bet fired into the market if there is a goal .

I hope you can sort this.

Many thanks

Unfortunately I tried the trigger in 3 games simultaneously tonight and in all three the trigger failed to fire a bet in to the market in the 85th minute in all three games.

I had the trigger open correctly with the light bulbs on green.

IMO the best way of operating this strategy is to lay the current score in the 85th minute, when the odds will be very low.   It is very cumbersome to monitor all of the O/U markets and will seriously limit the number of matches that can be covered simultaneously.

Writing a trigger as we speak.  I won't have time to test it,  but I'll stick it in a new topic when finished.  Just a question have you looked at statistics for goals after the 85th minute and do you select matches in any way?   I was thinking of adding some matched volume conditions in the trigger eg. minimum volume at start of match = £10,000 and minimum volume at the 85th minute to be double this figure. Any ideas?

Yes I look for teams that have a good record for scoring late goals. I made £80 by placing a bet on a Australian game this morning. Your liquidity idea's sound good to me so let's go for it.

Many thanks.

Yes I put a trigger up in a new topic.  You will need to check if the lay odds profit is similar to the back odds profit in the o/u market.  The lay odds seem to be in the range 1.3 - 1.45 for European games.  Match selection is the key with most football strategies.  I agree there are usually a lot of goals in Aus matches, but I presume the odds must be inferior at 85 min.

Certainly, blind selection of matches using only the starting volume will not result in an overall profit.  Good luck.

Hello!

The problem with the trigger is that I just want one bet fired into the market, the one in the 85th minute

I am attaching the amended triggers that will only fire one bet.

Unfortunately I tried the trigger in 3 games simultaneously tonight and in all three the trigger failed to fire a bet in to the market in the 85th minute in all three games.

Please check the log file for the trigger in the market where it did not fire but should have. If the total number of goals is, say, 2, then the market you need is Over/Under 2.5 goals.
