[TR] New strategy query
« on: 25 Dec 2016, 19:42 »
Hello

I'm very interested in purchasing Marketfeeder. I'm wondering whether the bot allows the following -

Whilst being off from work I've been experimenting betting on a single racecard for the Horses. My tactic has been betting £50 on the favourite about a few minutes from the off. Then I would trade the race, laying the horse at lower odds for a £10 gain. But also putting a £10 stop loss in case the odds go against me.

I'd do this for all of Newcastle for example one  day, then choose another entire racecard the next.

Now i'm back in work I'm finding it difficult to place a bet every 30 minutes, and try to work out what odds would win £10 and what odds to place the £10 stop loss.

With Marketfeeder, would I be able to set a program to place this trade on just one horse racing card daily?

Hope I made sense with what I have asked :-) Thank you for your support!

Kind regards

Neil

hi
your system would be no problem but you need to complete your request by using this link  https://www.welldonesoft.com/marketfeeder/trigger.php?topic=10141.
then i can create your trigger.

Hi

Thanks very much for the reply!

I've just gotten the trial version. Just a slight change on my idea -

Instead of just choosing one card to bet on, am I able to use that strategy that I've requested, but choose the horses i'd like to place the bet on?

Just in case, this is the strategy that i'm looking to do -

Bet selected horses in the mornings, and to have bets placed approx. 15 seconds before the off -
Back for £50, then trade out at lower odds for a £10 profit, or if the odds drift, trade out for a £10 loss.

Thanks so much for your help!

hi
here is your trigger,in the constants you can set.
Bet amount
Green up percent
Minutes before the start time to place the bet

in the mornings you will have to create a list of selection names exactly as they appear in the mfp screen.
when you first use the trigger it will ask you for a file location, this is for the list of selections for the trigger to use.
the constants are set to your requested values

please use test mode until you are happy with your settings

download the trigger and file below

hi
it is your strategy i cannot tell you how to select your selections that was your idea.
when you have decided what selections that you want to bet on, use the file that i sent you by deleting the selection names and replace the with your own selection names.
