No bets when same race course occurs 3 times in a row.

Hi, is there a variable I can use to prevent bets triggering if the same race course occurs three times in a row?
So, let's say there is only racing at Kempton for the whole afternoon.. I want the first 2 bets triggered as normal but on the 3rd race at Kempton, I want the trigger to skip the bet until another race course comes up (whcih will be later on in the evening).
