Not placing back bet question

Hi,

I have what I think is a simple trigger, but it never places a bet. There are no variables, no conditions except that the even is within 1 minute of starting.

Any guidance you can offer is welcome.

The logs are intended precisely for the purpose of finding out what is going wrong.
