  • Hi everybody

    As absolute novice in horses trading, i was thinking about something i would like to test.

    In french it could be called the "vases communicants" system, which meens that if something is going down in one way, something must go up in the other way.

    I believe that the addition of all those odds is a reflection of the markets'efficiency to around 100%.

    My idea would be something like this :

    Horses markets (all of them) pre race

    The system check the odds of the first 3 fav

    If odds of N°1 and N°2 drift by 5 ticks -> back on N°3
    If odds of N°2 and N°2 steam by 5 ticks -> lay on N°3

    If odds of N°1 and N°3 drift by 5 ticks -> back on N°2
    If odds of N°1 and N°3 steam by 5 ticks -> lay on N°2

    If odds of N°2 and N°3 drift by 5 ticks -> back on N°1
    If odds of N°2 and N°3 steam by 5 ticks -> lay on N°1

    Ideally, it would be nice to have the opportunity to withdraw N°3 and oppose only the odds of N°1 and N°2

    Constants : 1) possibility to adjust the time before the race the trigger begin to fire
     and  the moment before the race it stops;
                      2) to adjust the number of ticks the odds increase or decrease

    The trigger would be able to green up or spread loss if X ticks

    ans the trigger would be able to run more than once per market : after greening or reddind, as long as the conditions are met, it fires till the moment before the race the trader decides to stop.

    Best regards
