Open back bet on underdog

I'm just trying to place a back bet on the underdog of a tennis match.

I've deleted all the conditions to force the trade to open but it isn't. Does anyone know why this might not work?

I've tried this, which I thought would just back the underdog regardless:

And I've also tried this, which I thought would back whichever player his 3.0 first:

Tested both triggers in time machine and they work fine. Perhaps check trigger logs for reason not working. As you are trading in tennis markets which are in-play, bear in mind many tennis matches do not go in-play at the the scheduled time, sometimes hours later than the published start time.
