Race status not always showed in Win markets

Hi

I am running a triggers to back selections just before the off in win and place markets. My trigger conditions are set to place the bet <0.5 minutes before the off and when the race status is Going Behind, At the Post or Under Orders. I find that the condition is always met in Place markets and the back bet is placed correctly, however int often does not get placed in the Win markets as the races status is not consistently available. See extract from trigger log below:

Win market:

Is this a bug? Do you have a workaround other than ignoring the race status and just triggering on time before the off?

I will look into this to see if I can reproduce this problem, will get back to you shortly.

Can you include an earlier extract from the trigger log for the Win market? The log records seem to be taken at a interval of a few seconds.

Here is the equivalent time in the Win market to when the bet was triggered in the Place market.

I have also noticed that in the GUI, the race status is not consistently displayed in the Win market, even after the off, whereas it is in the Place market.

That's really odd, haven't been able to spot this yesterday, as all markets displayed the race status correctly. I will keep trying today.
