reduction factor

Hi, at the moment I place lay bets on selections with  a price x or below just before the off, but I want to reduce the maximum lay price I am prepared to take by the percentage reduction factor applied if there are any non runners, how can I achieve this ?

you cannot do it, because you do not know which runner might/will be withdrawn.
every selection has it's own/different reduction factor based on there price.
