Selections Import for auto-trading
« on: 15 Apr 2022, 02:58 »
I am trying to use the stand-alone Market Locator, I have tried ticking the MarketFeeder compatible box but it is not compatible. The list comes out as market numbers that the software won't import.

I think it should be
[197680567] "Over 1.5 Goals"

Oh, I see.
Unfortunately MarketFeeder has changed the way it imports markets and selections. MarketLocator is too old.
Right now you have to do the following:
1. Export "MarketFeeder compatible" file from MarketLocator to say one.txt
2. Open it and make it like that:

Code: [Select]
1[tab][marketID][line break]
where 1 is sport_id (soccer), [tab] is tab symbol and marketID is the id from the original file.
3. Import one.txt to MarketFeeder Pro with "Open markets list" button. You'll get all the markets loaded.
Now as I see you need "Over 1.5 Goals" selection that could be reached easily with triggers.

If you need different selection for each market exported from MarketLocator you can:
4. Export "Not MarketFeeder compatible" file say two.txt.
5. Make it look like

Code: [Select]
["Rutsiro FC v Etoile de l'Est / Over/Under 0.5 Goals"]"Over 0.5 Goals"
Change ? to /, without "Football /" and in quotes.
6. Use that file as "Import selections for auto-trading" source.

Sorry for inconveniences.

Hey!

It worked for me, but how to automatically import list of markets without clicking the "open market list" button. I would like to reimport the list at certain time intervals automatically the same way the selections are auto-imported.

Best,

Hi LiAlH4

I've been asking for this functionality for a while now, as I agree it would be very useful.  It's strange that this software, which is so amazing at automating betting strategies, has a major function that can only be implimented manually.

Hi Mike I've suggested this as well to Oxa. There needs to be an 'import selections for auto-trading' as a command that could be put into a trigger. That way, it can be triggered at certain times of the day using the 'global time is' condition. The 'play sound' command has a file path option so you can select the location of a sound you want to play, and 'import selections for auto-trading' could have a similar thing so you can choose the location of the file that you want to import.

Oxa has said that it will be upcoming in a future release, so fingers crossed.

Please note, BetFair is seems to be currently OFFLINE
