Trigger not executing when all conditions return TRUE

I'm a bit confused by this.  All conditions are TRUE, but it doesn't execute.  It ends with "None of the selections qualifies for a trade out"

For context, if I change the final block slightly to this, and all conditions return TRUE, it executes fine.

That's probably because it's not possible to tradeout on that selection...

Ahh right, I didn't understand the error message. I thought it was the trigger.
