SMS limited characters

I am trying to send an SMS that says "Just backed [sel_name] at [bm_backp]"

However the [bm_backp] always reads 0.00.
I have checked user variable and the correct price shows up within MFPro but the SMS info is default 0.00?

Is this information restricted to SMSs

Is the "send sms" action in the same trigger as the back one?
It needs time to receive list of bets so it has to be a separate trigger with Any selection's Back matched is greater than 0
