Soccer handicap trigger

Hi

Any idea how I can trigger to bet on the Soccer Handicap +1 market depending on who is winning the game?

i.e If Liverpool are winning 1-0 against Man City I would want to trigger a bet on the Liverpool +1 market.

likewise if the score was Liverpool 0-1 Man City I would want to trigger a bet on the ManCity +1 market.
