Start odds for info, inplay odds for betting.

Hi! I am interested in trying to make trigger which can do following:

1. Understand choosen game starting odds for starting handicap. 
2. Fire back bet when at inplay game doesnt go as expected and other bigger/ lower handicap is seen as real.

Example:
Match pregame starting handicap is - 10,5 on favorite, but at inplay unfavorite takes a lead and favorite handicap reach like +10,5. Back bet must be fired on prematch fav handicap +10,5.


Is this is possible to be made as trigger.
