super small trigger for learning

Hi, could someone help me with my trigger? im learing them at the moment, its a very basic one. As an excample for me: I'm looking to lay ANY greyhound that has 60% or more matched money vs the rest of the field. Excample (..): Runner 4 has 2000 pound matched, the rest combined only 800. That would be a selection. Only trigger if there is more than 1000 pounds matched in total. Bet 10sec bevore the off. Thanks in advance, help appreciated.

you would use the selections volume for the 60% more money and markets volume for the combined matched and then markets minutes before the off for the 10 seconds.
