To place a bet depending on the estimated queue position

Hi everybody

Is it possible to use a command/trigger, ... to place a bet regarding the money waiting to get matched before the odd fall to 1 tick Under ?

Example :

1) I want to scalp Over/Under market, and odds are 1.04/1.05
2) there is a lot of money already waiting to get matched @1.04 so i would like to place my bet as close as possible to the moment @1.04 will drop to 1.03
