Total amount backed in a race
« on: 05 Dec 2013, 17:33 »
Is there a variable for this?
I think that the variable back_matched gives an amount per selection, do I have to program some kind of loop to find the total across all horses in a race?

hi
you would use   market_volume
this is the total matched amount for all selections

Sorry, I wasn't clear in my question.
I'm looking for the total amount backed by me - not the entire world  :o

hi
you would have to do a trigger to collect the values.
do you need to know all the time or just before the off or is it to lay off the amount.

It's for an update to the submit place bet trigger - so that I can try a place bet that covers my total exposure rather than just on a single selection. So I need the figure 10s after the off, to use instead of winplace_back_matched.
