trigger at 30sec before the off?

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is possible, because I only see "Minutes before the Off" criteria. Is there any way to trigger it 30 or 20 sec before the off?

Markets minutes before the off is less than 0.50
Markets minutes before the off is less than 0.33
