Trigger for Hi Lo game - No picture card

Hi

New to all this so apologise if it's already been covered / out there somewhere on the forum.

I am after a trigger to lay the "No picture card" in the Hi Lo game.  Is there a place where I might find this or has anyone designed one?

Also is there a section where it lists all the triggers as found a few on the main page which tend to be the latest ones so I presume there is a section somewhere that lists more?

Been reading the forums, some great comments help and feedback from everyone.
