[TR] Trigger for horse racing laying

I require a trigger if possible please.
This is for horse racing and it will be for win markets only
1. when in play I want to select any horse that has odds of under 9.0 at point of going in play
2. when the first of those horses reaches a lay price of 20 i want to lay that horse and offer a higher price in case it is moving fast up to a maximum of 30
3. If that fails then I want to try again with the next one until it succeeds.
4. This only needs to happen once per race.

Minimum lay price then place the bet
Maximum lay price to take
