Trigger required

Hi Guys,
Would you be able to create a trigger for me? I have given it a crack myself, but I can't find the correct references to use.

Here is what I would like to do (this might be set up already).

Lay a selection just before the market goes in play
Back that same selection at a higher price when the market turns in play

The back amount should be such that I green up an even profit no matter the outcome

And if a favourable back amount is not available in play, do not place the back bet.

Hopefully that is straightforward? any questions please let me know

Here's one for ya. You can alter the constants offset, lay amount and time to bet. there is also the option to run it more than once, tick the trigger Do Again logged and enable boxes.

You didn't say which selection to back so its set to fav. It will only fire the back bet if that price has been reached, so one of three things will happen

1. back bet is matched and you green even
2. back bet is matched at a higher price, so you green uneven but still in profit
3. back bet is unmatched as the price is taken and shortened.

Not really tested this so try it in test mode first, but think its ok

Thanks for this - I have tested it in a few horse racing markets. But, the back bet is not triggered - so only the lay bet is being placed.

Any thoughts?

works ok for me. made one change in the attached file, once per selection option. but otherwise it seems ok

I tried this one again but it is still not placing the back bet.

I am testing in UK horse racing markets that do turn in-play.

Do you think it could be something in my settings that is blocking it?

Have you ticked "Allow Small Bets" in the betting options

Ah! That looks like it's done the trick.

The file is functioning well, but a third trigger needs to be added into the mix, and I am unable to code it myself.

Can anyone help out?

Here is what's needed:

3rd trigger to place a back bet. Back bet to be placed only if the 'greening up' back trigger has not fired.

The aim will be to distribute the loss as the selection's price has been driven straight down and not drifted up by a few ticks allowing for the green up.

Some constants should also be applied to this trigger, so that it only fires under certain conditions. With these in place anyone should be able to customise to suit their style. Here are the constants and some suggested values that they could operate under:
Minutes since the actual off (since the market turned inplay): 0.5+
Minutes since first lay bet had been placed: less than 5
Back odds of selection: 1.5
Back odds of selection: x amount of ticks lower than BSP.

And I think that's it for now - hopefully someone can help out.
