In test mode you need to have sufficient test funds to cover the lay bet liability, unlike in real mode where you don't. So if you stake if 60% of the bank, there will always be insufficient test funds to cover the lay bet liability for the hedge.
I think the same applies with the other trigger, if your back bets leave insufficient test funds to cover a lay bet liability.
You should be monitoring the markets from about 1 minute before kick-off so the program can detect the time the market turned in-play. If you start monitoring a market while it is already in-play, the minutes since the off variable is from when you started the monitoring, and could cause the conditions to be inaccurate.
