arh just found something that might be the cause in moitoring to start time was set to 20mins before the off not 1 min like you said so changed now hopefully that will be it

Just to let you know, I tested both triggers again this evening and they are working OK.
A couple more things to consdider:
If there is no lay price available, the distribute loss or green-up will not fire
There may be successive quick goals to close the market before hedge time

I checked the various BetFair support forums / twitter etc. and there are no reported problems there. Your internet connection must be stable and continuously working for the connection to BetFair API. Do you have full bandwidth on your connection, or do other people share the internet connection doing downloads etc?

Something else you said earlier makes me wonder if your computer goes to sleep / standby etc.? You cannot have this for a computer that runs MarketFeeder because it needs to be fully working all the time for the program. Perhaps you can check this.

Im still Not sure where the problems all hibeinate and sleep modes are off settings to start market at 5 mins before ko then it placed first bet after goal but didnt green or red up this morning again after 6mins see below

If it is still possible, please could you check the trigger log at around 11:54 to see why the green-up or distribute loss did not fire.

There is another possibility which is the trigger fired, but the hedge bet was unmatched. This would then be cancelled at the next goal which was 7 minutes later.

Please first can you confirm the Hedge trigger did fire?

the request limit you have set in connection monitor?
how many markets (approx) you were monitoring?
the in-play refresh rate?
the settings you have for Betting > Update list of bets?
has the hedge trigger ever fired for you? - it does for me on every market

has the hedge trigger ever fired for you? - it does for me on every market no dont think so in real mode did in test have reset all settings to default except time monitior market from off to 5mins instead of 10 and unticked request confirmation of every critical operation will see if that makes it work pal

trigger is now working pal must have changed something in settings by mistake anythin i shouldnt change which will make trigger not fire for future reference

Untick request confirmation
All selections are active for auto trading
Betting Options:
Allow small bets ticked if betting below BetFair minimum
Banking all unticked
No triggering until x min before start unticked
Monitoring Options:
Untick stop monitoring events at x mins...

Ensure sufficient Test or Real funds
