'Details' in Statement record
« on: 18 Sep 2024, 19:35 »
Hi,
In Test Mode, the Account Statement has 'Details' on the right hand side and this column gives details of the trigger responsible for the bet.

But in Real Mode, this 'Details' column just says "Betting Interface" is responsible for the bet instead of the trigger that did the bet.

Is it possible to have the details of the trigger that did the bet in Real Mode show up in the 'Details' column?

Hi
This should be working ok. I see the name of the trigger in Real statement entries. I will take a look this weekend and see if I can replicate your problem and will post here any findings.

Hi
I've tested this and have found the problem.
If this setting is un-ticked: Betting Options > Ignore all bets except those placed in the current MF Pro profile
then real bets are showing as coming from "Betting Interface"

The workaround is to tick this setting and then the statement (and list of current bets) will show the source triggers.

Could be worth just checking the description of this setting in the help file to understand it and if your triggers do not need to deal with bets placed outside the current profile e.g. directly on Betfair, then you can use the workaround.

Technically this is a small bug.

Thanks Mark. I've ticked the setting.
