Yes, they are compatible (tested with Excel 2013 both 32 and 64 bit). This message is generated after MF Pro has successfully connected to Excel, so that's not a compatibility problem. It most probably has something to do with security settings in your Excel, e.g. the program might not be able to make a sheet invisible or add a new sheet because it has no permission from Excel.
