"unknown" market
« on: 01 Sep 2012, 09:47 »
Hi again ;)

MF Pro displays an "unknown" Market (which seems to be a broken link to an older market?).
The problem is, it eats up my average connection time!!!
Furthermore I am unable to delete it.
Has anybody experienced this?
It happened to me before and I had to set up a new profile  ???

Hi
Have a look at this folder when the program is not running:
Users\<username>\MarketFeeder Pro 7\profiles\<profile name>\events

if you have no markets loaded, the folder should be empty. Is this the case?

Hi
Why or how does this situation occur? Any steps users can take to prevent it?

In hindsight, it happened, after MF7 crashed.. so my guess, it did not close all open markets correctly.

Now the reason WHY it crashed: I don't know for sure... It seems to be related to open logfiles and getting a lot of "access violation"s therefore...?

I think I've got the answer:
It's very possible that my IE just blocked MF to display the logfiles correctly!
That might explain it!
