7.1.0.9 default back and lay amounts

Cannot save a new default back amount or default lay amount. It reverts back to 2.00 after saving.
Same in a new profile, and same on another machine.
I can edit the settings.ini file for the profile, but it is overwritten with 2.00 again on the next save.
This does not occur in Time Machine mode where it works as it should.

i have downloaded the version 7.1.0.9
altered the default back amount to 4 and default lay amount to 5, saved and checked, all is ok, the amounts saved.
check that you are still running as administrator and mfp new version has access through the firewall and antivirus, as if the new version has changed the upload location then mfp will not have full access to save.
