a problem with the starting time of an even

i am facing a problem with the time that the software starts an even in previous version there were the minutes that needed to start an even  but now has change to all markets with the minus sighn (-) as a result all triggers starts shooting not in 1 minute but verry early before the even.does something has change;;;;;;
