Account statement MFpro does not show all bets

My accounts statement in MF Pro version 7 does not show all actual real money bets made. I have to log in to Betfair to ensure that I see all bets placed in the account statement. The old version of MF pro seems to work ok. I suspect it is something to do with a problem with intermittent markets (Horse Racing) not settling in MF Pro because the win or lose amount also does not show in the Matched bets window in the right hand box in MF Pro for those bets missing. Any idea on what the problems is?

I have tried several settings but no success with any of them. Settings attached as requested.

change the
update account statement every 10 secs
to 2 secs
in the betting options make sure that the update list of bets is set to 3 secs
in the connection monitor (under settings)
set the request to between 10 and 18
