Alert box - External Exception EEFFACE

Hi,

I was running a trigger which was not doing a lot. After that I loaded a Golf US Masters market. At that point I started getting the above alert box popping up every 10 seconds or so.
Re-booting made no difference, and the only way to kill the application is through Windows task manager.

I also tried re-installing - but it made no difference. Maybe I should completely clear it out and start again.
Any thoughts will be appreciated. ???

Did the market have lots of runners, as for some reason the software cant handle some of these markets, I tried loading grand national place market today but wouldn't load program just kept freezing, I have emailed support about similar problems but it seems to still be happening. Colin

Thanks Coling,

In the end - as it was driving me up the wall, I uninstalled MFP, through control panel. Then remove stray directories. Then ran CCLEANER registry tool , backed up registry and removed what it found. After all that I went into REGEDIT, and still found entries to remove.
The rebooted, and downloaded MFP v8.1.0.1 and now all is fine. I shall be going through the trigger that may have caused the problem before using it.
