  • Anyone experiencing this?

I have the latest version of MFP and I'm using Windows 10.  It was crashing with Windows 9 so I upgraded.

I have used MFP for a long time and never experienced this before.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Logs and program statement are viewed using your default browser.
So these links just open your browser and this causes the error.
Please check what is your default browser, does it work.
    Try another one, say Chrome.

  • I tried that, Tim.

Crashes no matter which browser is the default: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer or Firefox.

  • Can you open your browser and navigate to http://127.0.0.1:19001/ ?

  • Reinstall program and reboot computer.  I only ever experienced something similar when running on my VPS, but it was only the browser that crashed, not MFP.    The solution was to ensure my default browser was already open before I clicked Statement.    Oddly, since I changed to a cloud based VPS this problem disappeared.

  • Tim, that causes MFP to crash as well.

    Rubold, I will try.
