    can you give the location of the trigger that you require and are having problems with.
    also what browser are you using.

    Saver trigger, im using Chrome also tried IE and it dont work as well.

    i just tried it and all works ok.
    hover the mouse pointer over the  Right-click to download the trigger file.
    press the right mouse button
    select   save link as
    follow the save as instructions
    if that fails, check your broswer/internet security and set it to medium or low.
