Hi Guys,

I have Australian Greyhounds loaded in the market locator. When I look at a particular race (any trace will do) the matched amount is going up and down and its all over the place.

The below fluctations are for bathurst race 4 greyhounds . Is someone able to have a look at this at let me know if the problem is on my end on the MFP end please?

129.97
91.43
316.9

1399.97

I also meant to say this is happening on the current version (8.4.2.1) and on version 8.4.1.1

Hi
I just monitored a few AUS Greyhound markets and all looks ok, traded volumes are incrementing correctly (I am in UK)

Just wondering if you could be affected by recent changes Betfair have introduced regarding delayed data:

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the reply. Do you know what others are doing to get around this? I have had my account for years and have been betting with it as recently as last month.

The matched volume for greyhounds only comes in, in the 1 or two minutes before jump. So having a delay of up to three minutes is making the demo mode of market feeder pro unusable for markets like au and gb greyhounds and a number of Australian meetings through the week.

Regards
Steve

It should only be delayed if account is unfunded or is restricted for a reason that Betfair probably hasn't informed you about.

Hi
Betfair should have emailed you if your account has been restricted in some way.

I suggest to monitor a few other markets e.g. soccer, horse racing just to determine if the same behaviour occurs. Traded volume should steadily increase. If those markets work ok, then it's probably a glitch.

You can also log in to your Betfair account on the website and place some low stakes trades, see how it goes, and watch the volume figures on the website, if they are delayed when you are logged in to the website then you have a restriction.

You mention demo mode, or test mode, if you use it a lot it's always good to place some real bets from time to time.

Thanks Mark, you are right, they have put me on delayed odds. I've logged a ticket to hopefully have it removed.

Please note, BetFair is seems to be currently OFFLINE
