BetFair API Issues - Failure to place small bets (renamed from AUTO-DUTCHING)

It seems as if this API problem is solved now! Any news from betfair?

Martin, I did manage to place multiple bets without the notorious error. This is very promising, but I didn't receive any e-mails from them.
