I remember when that ERROR information was showed, was after I canceled all the bets by clicking "cancel all lay bets" and "cancel all back bets" in way to stop more bets by the auto green up...

In that case I need the log records that correspond with the time the unwanted bets were placed. I can see little from the log info that was recorded AFTER the error occurred.

Unfortunately this error is beyond our competence. It is generated by BetFair API when they're having some internal issues.

This is taken from the API documentation:

Quote
UNKNOWN_ERROR
Internal error. Bet not cancelled.
An unknown error occurred for this bet.

Again the same problem and another loss of money. For me this is enough

Yes, this is the same error message indicating that your bets were taken before they could be cancelled. I'd recommend increasing the threshold for the Stop-Loss function, as obviously 2 ticks does not make it far enough for the bets to stay unmatched why the program is cancelling them.

Oh, just occurred to me: if there were some bets to cancel, how did they appear in the market? Did you place them manually outside the Auto-Greenup function or was the "Attempt to green up" option turned on after all?

Hello,

What I do is turn the auto green up ON. 1 tick off set, 2 tick stop loss, trainling stop ON Then I place some lay bets before the game starts and wait till the bets are matched IN PLAY and I don´t make any manual bet. I just let the software work itself, but when it starts putting BACKs till I run out of money I manualy cancel all the bets and turn "auto green up " OFF and place some bets to close the trade and reduce the losses

Hi Oxa / Tim
I think I can confirm a problem with Auto-GreenUp similar to what was described earlier in this topic. You can see from the screenshot the first two bets were made correctly, but autogreenup continued to place lay bets. Luckily I caught it in time to stop emptying of the bank by turning off the Auto-GreenUp button.

I did not get an error message in the log. The log extract of these bets is attached.

Settings betting:
Autogreenup 1 tick, bet in play
Update list of bets individually and simultaneously were ticked.

Thanks MarkV, I'm already digging into it after what Rodrigo reported, now taking it even more seriously.
Can you by any chance attach or PM me your settings file?

Thanks Oxa - attached. I just put back the refresh bets setting I had from last night which is why the file modified date is this morning. No other triggers or anything else were running at the time.

Has anyone found where the bug is at? For me, this issue seems to be intermittent but I can't really verify.
We only live once.

Please note, BetFair is seems to be currently OFFLINE
