  • I just want to confirm my understanding is correct.

If I place a £10 back bet and aim to make £1 profit then I set auto greenup to be based on profit% with a minimum profit of 10%. I want to use a trailing stop loss so that the worst case scenario is that I make a 75p profit.

Am I correct therefore in setting the stop loss percentatge as 25%?

    Thanks

  • Hello!

I'm not sure that the worst case scenario is when you are making profit. The prices may start moving against you right after you have placed your bet and never get back or improve.

The stop-loss percentage of 25% guarantees that you will never lose more than £2.5

  • Yes, you're quite right!
What I should have said is if I turn the green up on having made a gain of £1, (ie 10%) then setting the stop loss percentage at 25% will mean that the minimum gain I should make will be 75p??

  • The Green-up will kick in at a profit of £1 before it drops to £0.75, so it is rather £0.99 - 25% = £0.74.

  • Although I can set a selection to green up from a trigger I don't seem to be able to find a way of using the trailing stop loss feature. Previous discussions on this seem to have had sample triggers archived. Is it possible to turn the auto green up with trailing stop loss on/off from a trigger?

  • Unfortunately, the trailing stop-loss option is only available for stop-loss, not for greening up.

  • Please can i make a suggestion for a feature request, namely to be able to turn auto green up, (with the trailing stop loss), on and off from a trigger, (in the same way as it is possible to turn test mode on/off). Thanks.

  • I have noted down to add trailing green-up to MF Pro in the future. Thank you.
