  • Hi, let me explain what i'm doing and what i spect...

    i select a tennis match (pre match bet).
    Back favorite @1.80

    Go to greenup configuration and select:

    Based on ticks
    Again last matched bet
    Offset Ticks: 52
    Stop-lose ticks: 70
    Bet in play
    Allway attemp to green up

    I enable Auto-greenup (Auto-Greeenup is ON)
    And then i hit play (or start) to see what happens

    Next to the current price (1.80) i see a 3.00 (maybe red)... the stop loss and nothing else.

    If the match go against me, a lay bet @3.0 is placed. and it's ok.

    But, if my bet is winning and the odds hits 1.28 (52 ticks under 1.80) ... there's no lay bet placed.... no greenup

    This is not what the offset ticks is for?
    What's wrong?

    I had to put the lay bet manually (pre match with keep option) but i'm not sure that in case stop loss triggers this bet would be canceled or not :( ... and i may place bouth bets.

    the problen is in tournments like Australia... with matches around 3AM, i can't check how does it works.
    first matches where at 1AM and i had to greenup manually.

    Just untick "Always attempt to green up", it does not work in your situation.

    Sorry. I untick ""Always attempt to green up".... and it will work as i want?

  • The "Attempt to green up" tells the program to place the green-up bet immediately after each other bet you make manually or using the trigger. It will not wait until the price reaches the right value, it will just leave the unmatched bet in the market right away.

    So yes, untick that option and try again.

  • Ok, i'll try tonight.

    When should i expect the lay bet (offset ticks) to be placed? Because i try it in test mode. I see bouth odds ok (offset and stop loss) but no bet post.... and when the lay odds got hit ...mf post the best
    is there a way to post the bet previously? to be in the queue first?

  • So you do want to place a green-up bet immediately after you make your initial bet? You want to leave it there unmatched, in the queue, is that right?
